About me

I am a passionate and authentic person, constantly looking to get out of my comfort zone and adaptable to change. I have always challenged myself to go beyond my limits.

Voluntary internship experience where I get a first grasp at project management processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence, and also to put agile methodologies into practice in a Project Management Office (PMO).

The main goal is to communicate with different business departments such as Marketing, Retail, Operations, and Customer Support in order to understand and translate their need into functional requirements inside a project. After that these requirements are transferred to the IT department for development and try to ensure that these are met on time.

Key responsibilities for the role:

Monitor project progress and support to set milestones and deadlines.
Escalate issues and provide support to resolve them.
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction (update feedback to stakeholders).
Support in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant internal areas and ensuring technical feasibility.

Voluntary internship experience after finishing my degree in Business Administration and Management in an International Freight Forwarding company.

As an account executive with more than 30 clients with regular shipments, I worked in the import department managing the maritime shipments arriving in Spain with continuous intermediation with the international agents of the country of origin of the shipment.
